About the Role

The Company is seeking a VP, Cardio & Vascular Finance to join their team. This senior leadership role is pivotal in driving the financial strategy and performance of the Cardio & Vascular product category and product line. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of approximately 30 finance professionals, with a focus on above-market growth, margin expansion, and cash performance. Key responsibilities include partnering with the CV President and senior leadership team, providing strategic financial guidance, and ensuring that financial processes align with the company's objectives. The role also involves team development, engagement, and adherence to enterprise finance standards and policies. Candidates for this role at the company should have a minimum of 15 years' finance experience, with at least 5 years in a management or leadership position. A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required, and an MBA or advanced degree is a plus. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in complex manufacturing organizations, experience in process transformation, and a strong understanding of GAAP accounting. Specialized experience in a multinational business and a background in investment analysis are also essential. The role demands a high level of ownership, influence, and the ability to execute across the organization, as well as strong skills in transformational change management, analytical thinking, and collaboration.
