About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chief Knowledge Officer (CKO) with a strong background in US business taxation to join their rapidly growing team. The CKO will be responsible for providing technical leadership and client service as the in-house subject matter expert on a wide range of US business tax forms. This includes preparing and reviewing complex tax returns, building and maintaining client relationships, and serving as a visionary for business tax practice development. The role also involves knowledge management, designing training programs, and mentoring team members to ensure the highest standards of service and compliance with the latest tax laws. Applicants for the CKO position should have a minimum of 15 years' of experience in US tax services, with a focus on business taxation, and a proven track record of handling diverse client portfolios. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of US business tax laws and forms, and experience in training, coaching, and leading teams. Advanced tax-related certifications or degrees are highly advantageous, and proficiency in tax preparation software is required. The role demands a strategic, analytical mindset, and the ability to drive process improvements, as well as strong communication and interpersonal skills to foster a culture of continuous learning and knowledge sharing.
