Job Summary

We are seeking an Artificial Intelligence Engineer to design, develop, and deploy AI models and algorithms, including generative AI, to address complex, data-driven business challenges. Utilize machine learning, deep learning, and generative AI within existing platforms, ensuring robust data pipelines and compliance with AI governance standards. Work with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into products, continuously optimizing for data integrity, performance, scalability, and alignment with organizational goals.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Collect, clean, and preprocess large datasets for training AI models.

Deploy AI models into production environments, ensuring scalability and reliability.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into products.

Continuously monitor and improve the performance of AI models.

Ensure data integrity and compliance with AI governance standards.

Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI and machine learning technologies.

Provide technical support and guidance to other team members.

Conduct research to explore new AI techniques and applications.

Utilize existing AI capabilities from various platforms and tools to enhance business operations and drive efficiency.

Education Requirements

Preferred, Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Data & Analytics, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Data Management or comparable experience in a related field required.

Years of Experience

10+ years' of experience in Data Engineering, Software Development, Advanced Data & Analytics, Data Science, Data platforms, Data Management & Governance, Data & Analytics Architecture.
2+ years' of experience in Machine Learning, Deep learning, AI technologies, Large Language Models, Generative AI, CoPilot Suite of AI-Powered tools.
